Casona Plaza Hotel Puno

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the square. My room had a lake view and was very clean and warm with heaters. Plus, the restaurant was great, and the staff provided excellent travel tips.

Functional hotel, the stuff where absolutely attentive and excellent. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from a Catholic church. Btw, went to city centre, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

Request a room away from the busy corner intersection to reduce street noise and enhance comfort during your stay.

The room was a nice size and the views of snow capped mountain were particularly nice! I had a comfortable bed, and a safe box and a storage.

Had a great stay with a fantastic room that felt like an upgrade from my last visit, complete with a huge bed and hot showers that made returning from the cold totally cozy! I really enjoyed the relaxation options, like the lounge area and the public bath, which were perfect for unwinding after exploring. The Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience—make sure to try the breakfast juices!

Stayed here for a night in a double room that came with a tasty free breakfast. the sheets were spotless, and my room had a lovely view of a snow-capped mountain. 😊 Truly enjoyed my stay!
